Every day millions of people search the internet for the quickest, easiest ways to lose weight. I am one of those million. There is low-carb, low-sugar, low-fat, low-something everywhere. There are a million dieting fads out there that millions, myself included, have fallen for, and those millions have been fooled and ripped off.
I decided recently that fads don't work and the only way to lose weight is to lose weight by eating for real. I am not a nutritionist or a dietician, but I will record my eating and my weight loss in hope that you readers out there can suceed at reaching your goal weight by eating for real. I will post recipes, secrets, and things that have helped me in hopes that they will help you as well.
